Nathaniel Spade Dicerman is a detective for the Other Earth Police Department (OEPD). For the past twenty years Spade built an outstanding reputation for being the #1best detective. Spade’s main ability is to view the events of peoples past and future through eye to eye contact. The only downside is he is unable to see anybody that have been deceased.

Furthermore, Spade is only limited to what he can see in the future of others. The max is two days and no more. Now as for the past he can view their whole life within seconds. Receiving the knowledge of another person's life can bring internal pain to Spade. It’s like a needle shot but in his head. The more people he tried to view the more suffering he’ll feel.

Spade is ruled out to be the most honorable detective but what you didn’t know is that he helps escorting narcotics all throughout Las Vegas.
